Welcome to Blocker (the "App"). Please read and agree to these Terms before using the Services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Scope and Acceptance
- By downloading, installing, registering, logging in, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so, and that such entity agrees to these Terms.
2. Services
- The App provides: local sensitive-content blocking and prompts based on Accessibility Service, wallpaper guard, account system, Google Sign-In, and Google Play in-app membership services.
- To deliver functionality, the Services communicate with
lemoking.com to complete account, membership, and keyword updates. For details on data processing and permissions, see the Privacy Policy.
3. Accounts and Security
- You may create and use an account via registration or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
- For account security and multi-device management, the App records a locally derived device identifier and device name. You may disassociate your device upon logout/deletion.
- If you discover unauthorized account use or any security issues, contact us promptly and take appropriate security measures.
4. License and Use Restrictions
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to install and use the App on your Android device.
Prohibited Conduct (including but not limited to):
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, unauthorized modification, or distribution of the App;
- Circumventing, damaging, or interfering with the App's security mechanisms or access controls;
- Using the Services for any unlawful, infringing, harassing, fraudulent purpose, or to harm others' rights;
- Scraping, storing, or disseminating others' content or personal information without authorization;
- Abusing the Services in ways that affect system stability or fairness (including bulk registrations, malicious chargebacks/refunds, etc.).
5. Accessibility Service and Overlays
- To implement sensitive-content blocking, the App's Accessibility Service reads visible on-screen text locally and matches keywords to trigger actions (e.g., back navigation or overlays). Processing is strictly on-device; on-screen content is not uploaded.
- Overlays (e.g., blocking prompts or protective masks) may be displayed. You may disable related permissions in system settings, which may affect feature availability.
- Using Accessibility and overlay features may impact interactions with certain third-party apps. You understand and accept such foreseeable impact as necessary for the feature.
6. In-App Purchases, Membership, and Refunds
- The App provides one-time or subscription-based membership via Google Play Billing. Pricing, duration, and benefits are as shown at checkout.
- Order creation, receipt verification and rights distribution will interact with Google through the server.
- Canceling Subscriptions: For subscriptions, you may cancel anytime in Google Play's subscription management. After cancellation, you retain paid access through the current billing period; no further charges will occur.
- Refunds: Governed by Google Play's refund policy and applicable laws. We follow platform policies and legal requirements to address refunds or disputes as needed.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and related content (including software, interfaces, text, graphics, trademarks, and service marks) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.
8. User Content and Compliance
- You warrant you have lawful rights to any content you submit, store, or process via the Services and that you do not infringe third-party rights.
- You must comply with applicable laws and public order and morals, and must not produce, copy, publish, or disseminate unlawful or inappropriate content through the Services.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- We process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please read and agree to it before using the Services.
- Key points (summary): We process account information, device-derived identifier and name, and in-app purchase/membership data as necessary. On-screen content read by Accessibility is processed locally only and not uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Third-Party Services
- The Services integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing). Your use of such services is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for failures, disputes, or losses attributable to third-party services.
11. Disclaimer
- The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for your particular purpose.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, data loss, functionality limitations, or other damages caused by network issues, devices, third-party services, or force majeure.
12. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill).
- In any case, our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for the relevant Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability (if applicable).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
- We may update these Terms for business or compliance needs. For material changes, we will provide in-app notices or announcements and give reasonable advance notice before they take effect.
- We may change, suspend, or terminate the Services within a reasonable scope. For paid subscriptions, we will handle matters in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are subject to the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction and the governing law agreed by the parties.
- Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved by amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent People's Court or an agreed arbitration institution for resolution.
Special Notes
- Accessibility only matches keywords and triggers blocking locally; on-screen content is not uploaded.
- Google Sign-In sends a one-time ID Token to the server for verification.
- The device identifier is a locally derived ID used for device-login management and can be disassociated upon logout/account deletion.
If any inconsistency arises between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the provision that better protects personal information shall prevail, or the applicable mandatory law shall prevail.
