This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

• Google Sign-In: Google ID Token (used once for verification to create/log in the account)

• Device identifier (a locally derived ID based on ANDROID_ID, device model/manufacturer, and a random UUID)
• Device name (manufacturer + model)

App Settings and Local Data (stored on your device)

• Blacklist and combination keywords, feature toggles, guest/logged-in status, logout token, membership status cache, etc.

Transactions and Membership

• In-app product details, order numbers, Google Play receipt verification results, and membership expiration time

Accessibility-Service Processed Information (processed locally only)

• To implement sensitive content blocking, the accessibility service reads on-screen visible text locally and matches keywords to trigger actions such as back navigation/overlay prompts. The on-screen content is neither uploaded nor persisted.

Server Technical Logs

• Necessary logs may include IP address, timestamps, and API paths for troubleshooting and security auditing.

2. How We Use Information

• Accounts and Authentication: registration, login, Google Sign-In verification, and session management
• Device Management: recognize and sync your logged-in devices, handle logout/forced sign-out
• Membership and Payments: deliver member benefits, verify orders/receipts, prevent fraud, and comply with obligations
• Feature Enablement: save keywords and settings locally; perform keyword matching and blocking locally via accessibility
• Security and Compliance: detect anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and meet regulatory or law enforcement requirements (where legally required)

3. Permissions and Their Purpose

• Network and Startup: INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED (connectivity and service restoration)
• Scheduling and Foreground Service: SCHEDULE/USE_EXACT_ALARM, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, POST_NOTIFICATIONS (timers/foreground operation and notifications)
• Overlay: SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (overlay prompts for blocking)
• Storage/Media: READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+), READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (legacy systems) for wallpaper reading/compatibility
• Wallpaper: BIND_WALLPAPER, SET_WALLPAPER, SET_WALLPAPER_HINTS (wallpaper guard service)
• Accessibility: BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE (keyword detection and blocking actions)
• Power Optimization: REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS (stability of core features)

4. Information Sharing and Third Parties

• We do not sell your personal information. We share only as necessary in the following scenarios:
  • Google: account login (Google Sign-In) and billing (Google Play Billing)
  • Infrastructure and Security: hosting/network providers may process technical logs within necessary scope
  • Legal Compliance: disclosures required by applicable law or law enforcement (within legal limits)

5. Data Storage and Security

• On Device: Android SharedPreferences and other secure local storage for sessions and settings; screen content read by accessibility is processed in memory only and not uploaded/persisted
• On Server (lemoking.com): account data, device records, and order records in databases; passwords stored as hashes
• Transport Security: we use HTTPS by default for server communication and apply access controls, data minimization, and retention policies, with ongoing security improvements

6. Data Retention

• Accounts and Orders: retained as necessary for service delivery, tax, and compliance; deleted or anonymized when no longer needed
• Device Login Records: used for account security and device management; cleaned up after purposes are fulfilled
• Local Settings and Keywords: remain on your device until you clear them or uninstall the app

7. Your Rights

• Access, Correction, and Deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account and device records
• Revoke Permissions/Features: revoke permissions in system settings; disable accessibility, blocking, wallpaper guard, and notifications in-app

8. Cross-Border Transfers

If data needs to be stored or processed across jurisdictions to deliver services, we will comply with applicable laws and implement appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy due to feature changes or compliance requirements. For material changes, we will provide in-app notices or page announcements and give reasonable advance notice before they take effect.

10. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
